一、屋脊部位漏水：屋脊處波峰太高，屋脊蓋板無法保證防水；縱向搭接不放膠泥或硅膠，形成縫隙而漏水；屋脊蓋板縱向搭接用鉚釘連接，熱脹冷縮強度不夠而拉斷鉚釘，形成漏水；活動板房屋脊蓋板與屋面板之間不敷設堵頭，或堵頭放置不規范而脫落形成漏水。

1、 Roof ridge leakage: the crest at the ridge is too high, and the roof ridge cover can not ensure waterproof; the longitudinal lap does not put glue or silica gel, forming a gap and water leakage; the ridge cover plate longitudinal lap is connected with rivets, and the heat expansion and cold contraction strength is not enough and the rivets are broken, resulting in water leakage; there is no plug between the ridge cover plate and the roof panel of the movable board house, or the plug falls off due to nonstandard placement 。

二、屋面檐口部位漏水：屋面外板安裝未加泡沫堵頭，屋面外板未下扳；墻面外板長度不足，且檐口部位未加防水收邊。

Two. Water leakage on roof eaves: no foam plug is installed on the outer panel of the roof, and the outer panel is not pulled down; the length of the outer wall is insufficient, and the cornice is not added with water.

三、天溝部位漏水：內天溝焊接接頭存在縫隙，形成滲水；天溝和雨水管管徑設計過小，與廠房坡長不匹配；天溝端部沒有做封頭板；屋面外板伸入天溝長度不足，水會倒流入廠房內部。

3、 Leakage of gutter: there is a gap in the welding joint of the inner gutter to form water seepage; the diameter of the gutter and rainwater pipe is too small to match the slope length of the plant; there is no head plate at the end of the gutter; the length of the outer roof plate extending into the gutter is insufficient, and the water will flow into the plant.

四、屋面開孔部位漏水：風機開孔未按設計節點進行防水處理，鋼堵頭放置未敷設防水膠泥和硅膠；風機開孔四周預留范圍較小，雨水流淌不暢，容易積水；開孔四周包邊搭接未進行防水處理；開孔內部四周未加結構件，形成低凹積水；

4、 Leakage of roof opening: the fan opening is not waterproof treated according to the design node, and the steel plug is not laid with waterproof mortar and silica gel; the reserved area around the fan opening is small, the rainwater flow is not smooth, and it is easy to accumulate water; the surrounding edge of the opening is overlapped without waterproof treatment; there is no structural member around the opening, forming concave water accumulation;

五、屋面氣樓部位漏水：氣樓與屋面交接處收邊下未放置泡沫堵頭，且收邊縱向搭接未敷設膠泥或硅膠；屋面外板在氣樓交接處未上板；氣樓結構支柱開孔部位未做防水處理；氣樓自身制作、安裝存在漏水隱患。

Five. Water leakage in roof building: no foam plug is placed on the floor of the building and the roof, and no glue or silica gel is laid on the side of the roof. The roof outside is not attached to the junction of the building, and the water treatment is not done in the opening section of the tower structure. There is water leakage in the building itself and in the installation.

六、采光板部位漏水：采光板部位防水是維護系統防水的重要部位，采光板安裝中的膠泥鋪設、防水螺釘是屋面漏水的主要隱患；采光板板型與屋面板板型不吻合，采光板兩側波峰高于屋面板，安裝后，密封過嚴形成采光板內外氣壓差，毛細水從采光板兩側縫隙進入屋面內部漏水；采光板縱向搭接長度不夠，且膠泥老化失去粘性；縱向膠泥脫落；采光板和彩鋼板之間為剛性搭接，中間的縫隙未密封。

6、 Water leakage of daylighting board: Waterproof of lighting board is an important part of maintaining system waterproof. The main hidden danger of roof water leakage is the clay laying and waterproof screw in the installation of lighting board. The type of lighting plate does not match with that of roof panel, and the wave crest on both sides of the lighting board is higher than the roof panel. After installation, the air pressure difference between the inside and outside of the daylighting board is formed due to too tight sealing, and capillary water enters through the gap on both sides of the lighting plate The results show that there is water leakage inside the roof; the longitudinal lap length of the lighting panel is not enough, and the mortar is aging and losing its viscosity; the longitudinal mortar falls off; the lighting plate and color steel plate are rigidly overlapped, and the gap in the middle is not sealed.
