1.壓型鋼板腹板與翼緣水平面之間的夾角戶不宜小于45度。這在生產(chǎn)板型時應考慮的。

2.壓型鋼板好采用鍍鋅鋼板、鍍鋁鋅鋼板或在其基材上涂有彩色有機涂層的鋼板輥壓成型的三種防銹觸方法。

5.屋面壓型鋼板側(cè)向可采用搭接式、扣合式和咬合式等連接方式。當側(cè)間采用搭接式連接時，一般搭接一波，當有特殊要求的時候可搭接兩波。搭接處用連接件緊固，連接件應設置在波峰上，連接件應采用帶有防水密封膠墊的自攻螺拴。對于高波壓型鋼板，連接件間距一般為700-800mm,;對于中低波壓型鋼板，連接件間距一般為300-400mm。
